1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ripple website (ripple.app) and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Ripple is a social media management platform that allows users to schedule posts, analyze performance, and automate interactions on Instagram. The Service relies on the official Meta Graph API and is subject to availability of these third-party services.
3. User Responsibilities & Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with specific platform policies. Specifically, you agree NOT to:
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam).
- Use the Service to buy, sell, or exchange likes, followers, or comments.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Service.
- Violate Instagram's Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.
- Use the Service to post content that is hateful, violent, or illegal.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account if we detect any violation of these rules, particularly those that put our API access at risk.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including OAuth tokens). You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscription & Billing
Free Trial: We may offer a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during this period.
Subscriptions: Service is billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis.
Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment. After 30 days, refunds are granted at our sole discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ripple and its licensors. The "Ripple" name and logo are trademarks of Ripple Inc.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Ripple expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted or be available at any particular time or location.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ripple, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
